Teh Kok Liang (“Mr. Teh”), a Malaysian, male, aged 43 , was appointed to the Board as Non-Independent Non-
Executive Director on 28 February 2022. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and
Remuneration Committee of the Company since 27 October 2022. He holds a Master in Business Administration
from Linton University in Malaysia.

Mr. Teh is the founder and Managing Director of M Colour Printing, Aroi Dee Malaysia and several other companies
in the printing and packing, food and beverage, plantation, tourism, hotel management and property management
companies.

Save for SNC, he does not sit on the board of directors of any other public companies and listed companies.

Mr. Teh does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder, nor any conflict of interest
with the Company. He has had no convictions for any offences over the past 5 years except for traffic offences. He
has never been imposed with any public sanction or penalty by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial
year ended 31 December 2022.
